The first half of the match was a slow start to the game. Both the teams could not make a single shot on target until the 38th minute, a cross from Keko to Sandro, who tried to fire a shot in the bottom right corner, was saved by Osasuna’s Perez. Another attempt from the Osasuna side, made by Oriol Riera in the 42nd minute was saved by Malaga’s Kameni. The chance was provided by Fuentes, but the ball could not make it inside, as Kameni saved his low shot away from entering the net.

The second half could not produce any significant progress or goals, despite both teams earning a number of free kicks and chances to put the ball in the net.

The second half began with both teams struggling to score a goal for their teams. Number of attempts from both the sides, could not make it to the goal.
In the 55th minute, Junapi put a wide pass to Jony on the left side. Jony raced to get the ball, and managed to pass the ball back to Junapi just in the box. Junapi fires the shot and into the bottom left corner, straight past Nauzer.

Malaga not going easy on Osasuna, still looking for another chance to score a goal. Shots from Osasuna sides, but unable to score because of Malaga’s strong defense.
